What are GOC Points?
GOC Points are a form of digital currency that you can earn during game top-up and voucher promo/events when using your GOC Wallet. The reward comes in the form of GOC Points cashback.
How much is 1 GOC Point worth?
Each 1 (one) GOC Point is equivalent to SGD/PHP/MYR 1 (one). So if you have 5,000 GOC Points, that’s equal to SGD/PHP/MYR 5,000.
What are the benefits of GOC Points?
Here are the must-know extra perks of using GOC Points:
- Can be used for game top-ups and game vouchers (excluding top-ups for GOC Wallet itself).
- Can be combined with your GOC Wallet balance during a transaction. You can use up to 90% of the total payment with GOC Points.
- Valid for all products available on the GOCpay website.
How can I get GOC Points?
The easiest way to earn GOC Points:
Simply register or create a GOCpay account, and participate in events or cashback promos held by GOCpay — you could earn hundreds of thousands of GOC Points just like that!
How do I use GOC Points?
On the transaction page, check the box that says "Tick this if you want to use GOC Points."
Make sure your GOC Wallet balance is sufficient to cover the remaining transaction amount. If your GOC Wallet balance is less than the required total, the transaction using GOC Points cannot proceed.
How long are GOC Points valid?
Your GOC Points are valid for 3 months from the date you received them. They will automatically expire if not used within that period.
How can I check how many GOC Points I have?
Follow these steps to check your GOC Points:
- Log in to your GOCpay account. (Don’t have one yet? Sign up now!)
- Click the "My Account" tab at the top right corner.
- You’ll see your available GOC Points right there.
